Customer Service - Outbound Associate (call center agent)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers
• Record names, addresses, and reactions of prospects contacted
• Ensure the quality of - leads generated, completed surveys, and appointments set.
• Meet the number of required calls per day.
• Submit reports required by the Team Leader at the end of the shift.
• Maintains all throughout good public relationship and understanding with clients/agents.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  
• At least 2 years of College
• Proficient in the English language both in oral and written form
• Candidates with experience in outbound contact solutions are at an advantage
• Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and cordial
• A strong team player and a service-oriented worker
• Applicant must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
