   Requirements:

·          Applicants must be 18 years old and above

·          Graduate of a 4 year computer-related course (CompSci, IT, CoE)

·          Strong English verbal communication skills, including active listening

·          Computer literate and proficient in troubleshooting

·          Willing to work at during night shifts and extended hours

·          Customer focused and patient in handling customer

·          High tolerance for stress
