On-Premise Sales Manager

Position Summary:

             The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implenting, and managing the growth of their assigned business segment, partnering with operations and marketing to achieve sales objectives within company guidelines and directives. Effectively leads trade execution through the management of field personnel.

QUALIFICTIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Male 30-35 years old
• College Graduate
• Create and conduct sales presentation to customers
• With atleast 3 years outside sales experience, preferably with some experience in the beverage, alcohol and/or nightlife industries
• Knowledge of the local market and ability to navigate territory effectively
• High energy, integrity and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-generate leads and work with little direct supervision
• Ability to work flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends
• Customer management experience required
